Today an issue was brought to our attention by a partner institution that recently upgraded their Moodle instance. The issue could, through a series of events, result in a premature user account deletion in rare scenarios. The Product Team has reviewed the affected code-path and issued a suitable patch. We will continue to monitor the situation accordingly.
