Video Conference Platform – Update RC20210903 Released to All Zones
We have successfully pushed an update to all Video Conference instances residing in the United States, Canada and the European Union. This release was primarily focused on internal scalability improvements and performance of key functionality.
Eject a User
With more Instructors moving to Video Conferencing to teach their classes, sometimes bad actors can get ahold of the Video Conference link. Now, Meeting Owners can Eject a User from a Video Conference Session and keep them out by preventing the user from rejoining.
Spanish and Portuguese Support
We’ve begun the work to start localizing products for Spanish and Portuguese speaking users. With this release, users are able to view the Video Conference Platform in Spanish and Portuguese. Click here to learn how to change the Video Platform’s preferred language.
Click-and-Go Video Conference Scheduler
A newly redesigned Video Conference Scheduler makes it even easier for meeting owners to start their own sessions with a few clicks. Use the latest UI to toggle session settings like Recording or Waiting Rooms, or switch between joining your personal meeting room and starting a brand new session on the fly. Smaller Bug Fixes and Improvements
Multiple Video Conference improvements have been made to improve network scalability for larger video conference sessions, decrease load times for Attendees and more.
