Mirroring the capabilities offered by Himalayas, we’ve improved the Active EVP Archive functionality by making it possible for our non-Himalayas customers to have the ability to automate data policies and reduce storage usage. To support every organization’s efforts to monitor and efficiently maintain storage usage, Admins can run data policies to remove select video transcodes. An accompanying summary report will be provided that itemizes how much storage was removed as a result of running the data policy.
- Prioritize Zoom Caption Files when Importing Recordings
For users enrolled in the Zoom integration, if Enable Auto Caption is selected, recordings will be automatically captioned using the Zoom-generated caption file (if available). This change will help customers use their Auto Caption minutes efficiently. If Zoom does not import the caption file within four days, YuJa will generate the auto-captions.
